Of course I went home for the holidays. Its always good to be around folks that want nothing more from you than to love and be loved. Of course a few of the friends (more like brothers) I grew up with came by the house so we could sit and talk about how life has changed and how old we feel knowing that a few of us have children that are about to GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL!!! Just for the record nothing on earth makes you feel older than being around when someone was born and watching that person become an adult. Watching my Dudes with their children is a joy and it really makes me laugh because we were Hell Filled growing up lol. Sitting around the table talking about the recession (which America if you didnt know Black folks are VERY adjusted to doing with alot less) I realized that hard times dont last but HARD people do!!! Be blesses in 2009
